Amy Winehouse’s Father Has Stated That She ‘Thought She Was Pregnant’

Amy Winehouse’s father Mitch has stated this week that the singer believed she was pregnant at 'some stage' before she died.  Mitch has spoken out this week about the time before his daughter’s death. Speaking on Channel Seven’s Weekend Sunrise in Australia on Sunday, he claimed that Amy and her boyfriend Reg Traviss were planning to wed. Amy with her father Mitch as they await news of her Grammy Award. “She was with Reg, they were going to get married,” he stated. “I shouldn’t tell you this, but she thought she was pregnant as some stage. They were going to get married.” Amy passed away four years ago at the age of 27 and a film Amy was released about her life earlier this year. She passed away in 2011. The Back to Black singer’s father previously commented on the movie stating: “This film does have an agenda. “We started to realise when her friends started walking out of interviews that the questions were leading ones. Often that was about her relationship with me – how did we get on? “They needed a villain and they found me and made sure the footage and interviews they used fitted that.”
