Amber Davies says friend of Chloe Ferry tried to sell story about her sleeping with Sam Gowland

Amber Davies has said the rumour she slept with Sam Gowland was started by someone close to Chloe Ferry.

The 23-year-old has denied sleeping with Sam, saying they are just friends. Taking to Instagram today, Amber said someone from the press had come forward a few months ago saying they were going to run the story that Amber and Sam had slept together. Amber said she found out that the rumour has come from someone close to Chloe, Sam's then-girlfriend.

She then went in on Chloe for showing her Instagram followers messages between Amber and Sam.

"It was in fact someone from Chloe's side trying to sell this story," Amber wrote. "For Chloe to take her 3m+ followers... assume, manipulate and take something out of context even after her and I exchanging messages and me reassuring her that nothing had happened is shocking."

This update from Amber came after Chloe last night took to her stories and tearfully said she had evidence Sam had been messaging other girls, including Amber, while they were together. She also claimed Amber and Sam, who both appeared on Love Island in 2017, slept together a day after her split from him in May. Sam and Geordie Shore star Chloe began dating in late 2017.
