Aisling Bea has just done maybe the most random thing you’ll see today – she entered the wrestling ring.
The comedian had her followers in hysterics after she posted a snippet of her upcoming show in aid of Comic Relief where she took part in a wrestling match.
The Wrestling sees various comedians going head to head against professional wrestlers, with Aisling and Love Island’s Iain Sterling taking on commentary duties.
But she also spent some time in the ring herself, representing Ireland in any way she could.

From an Irish flag waved by Katherine Ryan dressed as a nun to a fitness coach wearing a Communion dress, there wasn’t a single thing a miss.
Calling herself “Revenge for the Famine”, Aisling even had “Visit Ireland” written on her bum, “because it’s a great place to go for a holiday”.
Sharing clips of her being thrown around the ring, Aisling wrote: “Did you really wrestle?” (Re: my last post.) Yes I really wrestled, not just with my thoughts, but with people in the @thewrestliiing.
“My name was Aisling “Revenge for The Famine” Bea, my wrestling manager Sister @kathbum and fitness coach Violet (seen here in her communion dress shaking a giant potato violently). And yes of course had “Visit Ireland” was written across my arse, because it’s a great place to go for a holiday.”
