Actress Carey Mulligan is expecting her first child with husband Marcus Mumford, according to reports.
The Great Gatsby star married the Mumford & Sons star in 2012 and US Weekly is now claiming that multiple sources have confirmed that she is pregnant with the couple’s first child.
The star chose structured dresses for two recent red carpet appearances, giving no hint of her happy news.
The couple are notoriously private about their relationship, with the actress recently telling Vogue that “Marcus is the only thing that’s mine that I can keep totally away. So I try to.”.
Mumford and Mulligan were penpals as children before losing touch.
They later met after becoming famous, fell in love and now live in a farmhouse in Devon.
