Star of 1000-lb Sisters Tammy Slaton has penned a moving tribute following the death of her husband.
Her ex-husband Caleb Willingham suddenly passed away at the age of 40. The heartbroken reality star paid tribute to him on Instagram, leaving fans in tears with her touching words.
The couple met at a weight loss rehabilitation centre last year. Caleb popped the question a month after meeting Tammy and the pair married in December.
However, they ended their relationship less than six months later in May 2023.
Tammy shared photos of her and her husband that were taken at Christmas. The reality star praised "sweet angel" Caleb for making her feel loved.
She said, "Rip sweet angel you will forever be missed and loved so much."
She continued, "Thank you Caleb for showing me real love and happiness."
The TLC star also paid tribute to Willingham in an interview with People.
The reality star said she is "devastated" following Caleb's sudden passing.
She said: "I am devastated to share the news of my husband’s passing. He was my best friend and I loved him dearly.
"When I met Caleb he became my guardian angel and now he really is watching over me. Our families appreciate everyone’s sympathy and ask that you respect our privacy at this time."
Caleb's cause of death has not yet been confirmed but reports claim it was sudden.
