If you're looking for more books to add to your reading list and feeling a little overwhelmed by the dozens of new releases then we're here to help.
This is a great time of year for new releases but it can often feel like there are too many books to choose from.
However, one of the most-anticipated releases of the year was recently published and it's one you need to get your hands on.
Jodi Picoult has written yet another page-turner that you'll be glued to from the very first chapter.
People have described By Any Other Name as one of Picoult's best novels with one reader describing it as "a stunning love letter to storytelling."
One reader admitted it took them a while to get into this story but they couldn't put it down once they did.
The story is set in 1581 and modern-day and follows the lives of two female writers.
1581. Emilia Bassano is allowed no voice of her own, but finds a way to bring her work to the stage secretly. Yet by paying a man for the use of his name, she will write her own out of history.
Now. Playwright Melina Green is determined to see one of her shows make the stage, but it’s still not a level playing field for women in the arts.
By Any Other Name explores the theme of identity, as well as highlighting how both women, even centuries apart, struggle to make their voices heard.
