Zara has launched their very first makeup collection – and it is HUGE

They have been our go-to for fashion for the longest time.

And now, it seems, they will soon become our favourite haunt for makeup too.

Earlier this week, Zara launched their very first makeup collection – Zara Beauty – and we are already lusting after so many of the gorgeous products.

The collection is already available online in over 130 colours and includes lipsticks, foundations, balms, oils, bronzers, long-lasting nail polish and make-up brushes, and in order to pull it all together, Zara enlisted the help of world-renowned makeup artist Diane Kendal.

“When Zara approached me to lead the creative direction of Zara Beauty, I saw an opportunity to make something that everyone would want to use," Kendal explained about the collection.

"Zara has always reached such a diverse audience, and I wanted to bring that same big vision to beauty with a collection that is clean, refillable, and accessible to all. I am really proud of what we have created: an expansive array of consciously unique formulas for eyes, lips, face, and nails.”

We are particularly impressed with the sleep and stylish packaging, and the fact that none of the formulas have been tested on animals or contain any harmful ingredients or additives.

As well as this, the packaging has been crafted to keep, and Zara's refillable system will make reusing the products easy and intuitive.

The collection will be shoppable in brand new beauty zones in certain Zara stores from this month as well as online, and for fans of augmented reality, the range will be part of a new virtual try-on feature over on Zara.com.

Here are just some of the bits we are already eyeing up: Lipstick The tinted balm retails for €10.95 and moisturises lips while adding a much-needed pop of colour.

Nail varnish

Available in 37 shades, the nail varnishes retails for €5.95 each, and we reckon that is our summer mani/pedi sorted!
