You’ve definitely spotted this 2017 hair trend ALL over Instagram

Although the weather in Ireland at this precise moment is enough to convince anyone that we're in the depths of winter, the calendar says June. Summer is the perfect time for a hair transformation especially if you fancy going a little lighter and JLo's current hairstyle is giving us major inspiration. The singer is sporting what some stylists have termed "wheat blonde", and given the emoji the A-list star used to caption her selfie, we concur with this description. However, as you'll see on Instagram, this particular hair colour is also described as "beige hair" and there are some gorgeous shots below. It's a natural hue but you can lighten or darken it, depending on the result you want to achieve. If this is something you want to discuss with your stylist, Leanne Galvin, master colourist at London-based salon Josh Wood Atelier, explains exactly what to ask for. Chatting to Byrdie, Leanne said:

 "Nude hair colour is one-dimensional colour. It's important to ask your colourist for neutral tones, so no warmth or ash. Any warmer tones would make it too golden, and any cooler tones will make it too ashy".
