We love how ’90s fashion has made a comeback over recent years – and looking at Autumn/Winter catwalk style, it’s not going anywhere.
The shops are filled with tartan prints, platform boots and slip dresses – but the era isn’t just coming back in our wardrobes; it’s coming back in our makeup bags, too.
The lipstick shade that Jennifer Aniston used while on Friends has just been revealed, and if you’re anything like us you’ll be buying it right away.
The ultimate ’90s woman that we will forever be obsessed with told Pop Sugar that she used to put on a MAC lippy every single day.
And which one specifically? “MAC Paramount, particularly that colour of lipstick… because after all it was the ’90s,” said Jen.
She also told the publication that if she could go back and do it all again she would concentrate and put time into taking care of her skin.
“Don’t take your gorgeous skin for granted,” she said. “When we’re young, no one teaches us. My mum did not slather me in sunscreen — in fact, she might’ve handed me baby oil and said, ‘Bake it up. Tan is everything.’
“She’d get the cheeks really rosy red, which is not cute looking back, but that was their generation. Now I think all ages are aware of skin health. We sure weren’t back in the ’90s.”
