The most popular lipstick on Pinterest has been revealed and it's not what you'd expect

We will never tire of lusting over things on Pinterest.

We've already seen the most pinned nail varnish, the most popular engagement ring and the most clicked wedding dress on the bookmarking site too. When it comes to makeup, many of us will confess to not having enough. Be it eyeshadows, concealers or mascaras, we all have a guilty pleasure when it comes to cosmetics. One particular product that I can never get enough is lipsticks, and despite buying one nearly every month, I always stick to the one shade. D'OH!

For those of you makeup addicts looking for new lippie inspiration, have no fear as the most pinned lipstick on Pinterest has been revealed. The title of most-pinned lip colour on Pinterest goes to MAC's very own Watch Me Simmer, which is a seriously bright, pink, orangey coral tone we're not sure we could pull off. While it's a gorgeous shade for summer (and coral still seems to be popular as times goes by), I for one amn't sure that the bright shade would suit my freckly skin. Watch Me Simmer currently has more than 96,000 pins on Pinterest, making sure it is the most popular lipstick by a long stretch. mac

Watch Me Simmer was first released in 2012 and was re-released in 2015 as part of another collection. As the colour is so popular, there's not too many scarce on the ground but there are plenty of dupes lying around if you're willing to look for them.
