The weekend is here, and if you're looking for an activity, we have you covered in a big way. Zestivo, founded by health and wellbeing expert Elizabeth Whelan, have created FeelGoodFest; an upbeat day of positivity, wellness and mindfulness, with all proceeds going to Look Good Feel Better.

Look Good Feel Better is the only international cancer support charity that provides practical support for women struggling with the side effects of cancer treatment.

It allows women to reclaim their bodies, and helps them cope through their treatment. Attendees of FeelGoodFest will experience a break from busy lives and watch demonstrations on energising the body and mind through food, meditation, yoga and strengthening exercises. There will also be an incredible lineup of speakers covering wellness, health, nutrition, beauty. To top it all off there will be some fabulous fashion, music and gorgeous goodie bags that will complete a truly memorable day. And sure, it's for a great cause too. What's not to love? The speakers on the day will include: Elizabeth Whelan, Compere and Wellness Guru, Jennifer Rock, CEO and Founder of The Skin Nerd Ltd, Nadine Reid, Xpose Presenter and Mary Drummond, lead make-up artist, Dancing with the Stars. Quite the panel, eh? FeelGoodFest will take place on Sunday (the 8th) in the Radisson Blu Royal Hotel, Dublin. Tickets are €54, and are available to buy here.
