You’re about to save yourself a lot of money.
If you are a fan of Charlotte Tilbury’s Flawless Filter foundation – and let’s face it, who isn’t? – this one is for you.
Fans of the cult foundation love it because it highlights, covers and gives a glow like no other foundation on the market – which is no doubt why celebrities and makeup artists also sing its praise.
But what if you could get the same results for a lot less money.
Irish beauty TikTokker @ailishbeautyaddict recently picked up the new PS… Flawless Glow foundation from Penneys for just €6 to test it – and the results pretty much blew her away.

Turns out, the PS… Flawless Glow is a real, live dupe for the Charlotte Tilbury Flawless Filter foundation, according to Ailish.
The beauty addict reviewed its longevity, giving it a good score but reminding her following that it is not a foundation, but a foundation primer hybrid and so does not have buildable coverage.
The foundation hybrid from Penneys is super-dewy and perfect for those of us who like a lighter, super-glowy look.
“Today I picked up the new flawless glow from Penneys, it’s meant to be like a primer foundation hybrid,” Ailish said.
“It has the same applicator as the Charlotte Tilbury Flawless Filter.”
“I’m going to apply it the same way I would with the Flawless filter and I’m hoping that you’re really going to be able to see it on camera but I will tell you what it actually looks like in person as well.”
The beauty blogger continued:
“I’m just blending it in with a brush – this is the real techniques brush and so far I’m not having any issues with streaking or anything like that. I love it- it’s giving a really really nice glow – coverage wise it’s giving me a tiny bit of coverage I have redness and it’s just covering it over and I absolutely love the colour.”
