The majority of men on social media are completely lost as to why we think it's funny, but we all know that there's a vast difference between the first and second picture. The second picture are curls before they have been styled - and remind us of the early Billy Barry days when our hair would be curled so tight it felt like our skin was being pulled off our faces. In other words, nobody wants that look. A cosmetology student from Indiana in the US created the meme amassing more than 25,000 retweets and over 102,000 likes after being posted last week. And of course, the banter between the lads and lasses is mighty:
