The struggle is real.
When you’re going straight from work to out, it’s pretty much impossible to find time to get ready.

Change it up
A seriously simple tip when you’re getting ready in a rush is to change your hair’s natural parting.
This little adjustment adds volume instantly and for extra effect, do it the night before when your hair is wet. Try parting it further over to one side and then use some hairspray to hold which will make it easier when you’re retouching your style the next day.
Carry a capsule makeup bag
If you’re already running late, trying to scramble in your handbag for that foundation you know you saw yesterday or the perfume that’s in there somewhere is far from ideal.
Keeping a couple of key products in a small makeup bag/side pocket will make life much easier when it comes to getting to the event on time.
Blusher/bronzer will fake a healthy glow, concealer will hide those pesky undereye bags and a slick of lipstick will make you look glamorous, even if you’re really not feeling it.
Maximiser and backcombing brush
A brush specifically for backcombing is recommended but if you don’t have one to hand, a standard brush or comb will do.
Obviously, you won’t have time to backcomb all your hair going from desk to dinner but if you pay attention to the front sections, it makes all the difference.
