Choosing the right beauty products to use on your wedding day is always a tricky task, but many brides have sworn by one brand in particular.

In a recent interview with Her.ie, Irish influencer Holly Carpenter opened up about her beauty must-haves and revealed the one product she thinks all Irish brides should try.

Holly Carpenter married her partner, Jamie Hunt, at the beginning of September in France. Holly looked incredibly beautiful on her big day, and we couldn't help but notice just how perfect the bride's makeup was.

The influencer's makeup was completely flawless, and there's one product that helped it look picture-perfect all day long.

Holly explained why she chose this as her holy grail product for brides.

"I was really worried about being shiny for all my pictures because it was about 31 degrees," she shared.

Holly said her wedding dress had sleeves, and she also wore a long veil, so she was already feeling quite warm, so she knew a powder was essential to keep her makeup in check.

Holly and Jamie had their legal wedding ceremony in Dublin in May, but there was one beauty trick she forgot about for her wedding photos.

Holly explained, "I got legally married in May, and we did photos there, but when I looked at the close-up shots of my hands holding my bouquet, I really regretted not topping up with a bit of hand cream and cuticle oil because the photographers are going to zoom in so much to your rings and your flowers that actually it's such a close-up shot of your nails."

"Cuticle oil and hand cream before your photos is a must," Holly shared.
