I’m here to introduce you to the most exciting beauty launch of the year folks, so get ready.
Say hello to Distillery, a new vegan-friendly brand with beautiful textures, environmentally conscious packaging and an ethical mindset.
As consumers, we are becoming more informed and socially conscious.
Avon saw that, and reacted to this social change by creating Distillery.
It’s a skincare and make-up range composed of concentrates that have been crafted through a rich distillery process that delivers nature’s potency at its fullest.
Formulated without any alcohol, fragrance, artificial dyes, mineral oil, essential oils or chemical sunscreens, each product contains an average of 15 ingredients that are distilled.
This distilling process increases and powers up the concentration and pigments in each of the products.
“With Distillery, we believe in pure and potent beauty. We’ve selected pure ingredients at the highest levels to deliver a potent concentration,” explains Anthony Gonzalez, Director Regional Colour and Facial Skin Care Product Development at Avon.
The range is currently made up of five wonderful products.
Three products of the collection are 100 percent waterless formulas: the Clean Break Cleanser, the Purify Facial Oil, and the C-Shot Powder.
Then there’s the delicious Day Cream with an SPF25, which has 100 percent pure mineral sunscreen and contains distilled rose extract, so it’s super-gentle on sensitive skin.
Last, but absolutely not least is the Sleep Potion Night Cream (my personal fave). This baby contains niacinamide to shrink pores, as well as 100 percent plant-based glycerine and sodium hyaluronate. You’ll wake up glowing hun.
