This new release from Maybelline is a nifty gadget that would likely find a happy home in your makeup bag. This is what the clever folks at Maybelline refer to as a dual phase brow creator. Step one is the tinted velvety fixing gel-pencil, which helps fill in gaps and shape brows. Step two is the soft finely-milled powder that defines brows and sets them in place. Simples. The latest additions to their range are these pretty and pocket-friendly eyeshadow palettes named after two of the world's most romantic cities.
