Not a brand new product, but a welcome relaunch. This bronzing gel from tan giants He-Shi might look as though you’ll end up like you were the victim in a glitter factory explosion, but we promise it’s much less terrifying on. The gel slides on as smooth as silk and it’s so easy to apply around the body, leaving a streak-free finish with subtle hints of glitter to highlight your gorgeous skin. (Please bear in mind that when we say subtle, this is still not tan to wear to the office – this beauty is a night time buy). Packed full of hydrating organic quinoa protein, proven to provide optimal skin conditioning, with added vitamin E and amino acids condition to protect and restore suppleness to skin, there’s really no excuse not to glam it up.
Revitalising Lip Balm with Blueberry and Dark Chocolate, RRP €3.95, Burt’s Bees

A horrible old saying that our grannies may have uttered from time to time – it’s never stopped us from scoffing whatever chocolate happens to be within reach. However, if you are calorie counting and you’re desperately craving a sweet fix, there is a no-fat option we think you’ll like. The latest addition to the popular Burt’s Bees lip balm collection is Blueberry and Dark Chocolate. With 100% natural ingredients and at less than a fiver, this is the ultimate in a mini beauty treat. We knew she had to be faking that flutter, but at least now we can nab it too. Killer Queen of pop Katy Perry followed in a long line of celebs by putting her name to a lashes line, but we have to say we quite like them… particularly with party season well on the way. The quickest way to get a dramatic makeup look, false lashes are a Christmas staple, and these bargain buys give plenty bang for your buck.
