Can someone get Zach Braff an Irish slang dictionary? We have a feeling he’d be delighted with one after his hilarious introduction to the language on Twitter.

Last night Zach took to the social networking website and posted the following:

As you can see, one cheeky fan responded by propositioning the actor for a shift. Understandably Zach was confused but luckily for him, the rest of his Irish followers were on hand to help translate the odd term.

Zach is now an expert in the realms of shifting and given that the term holds a special place in Irish hearts around the globe, we’re hoping that he’ll adopt it into his vocabulary for good.
