Ah give the poor woman a break - she was obviously just having a bad day, making a video of it was pretty bad form from him!

Amy are you serious?! Imagine if it was you in that taxi! I would be absolutely raging - who is supposed to know where they're going? Ah - the taxi driver?!

That is a disgrace, although I do not believe she should have been filmed like that, her manners , language and attitude to a customer is disgusting. How many times did she use the phone, god she could have caused multiple pile ups and she's not wearing a seat belt either. License should be removed.

She comes across as pig ignorant and shouldn't be answering her phone like that but the passenger seems like an ass too and his filming doesn't seem too discreet

I think they are both in the wrong here, if he was angry at how she was behaving he should have reported her to the Taxi Ombudsman, rather than posting this on line making a fool out of her! That way, at least if she got penalty points/lost her licence it wouldn't be in the national media! Having said that, her behaviour was disgraceful, and she is a shame to her profession, maybe she was just having a bad day, but is that really an excuse???

Irish transport is a joke and more horrid taxi/ bus drivers should be caught in the act. Just maybe not posted online.... unless no action from the company was taken.
